MICHE*

Pronounced (mēsh) traditionally a large round loaf baked once a week in stone ovens. This crusty bread displays an open cell structure, tangy crumb, with sweet notes of whole wheat. We have tampered a bit with French tradition, making it in a blunt oblong shape. It’s large cross section provides a platform for your sandwich creations.

SOUR BAGUETTE, GRANDE, BATON*

Wider than our baguette, a tangy vehicle for a long party sandwich that can be cut into smaller sections; the Baton shorter sibling to the grande. This versatile tarty loaf is large enough to share but is also great for a large poor boy (which you can cut in half if you're practicing portion control).

SWEET BAGUETTE, GRANDE, BATON

Baguettes are a staple in the French diet, many eat them with every meal, but there is a better choice when wanting the flavor and texture of a baguette for your favorite sandwich. Our sweet Grande is wider and longer than a traditional baguette; alongside the Baton, the Grandes shorter sibling. These delicious loaves are able to handle anything from a French dip to a veggie sandwich with avocado and sprouts.

DELI WHEAT

DELI MULTIGRAIN

This is a slightly tangy, yet creamy classic Multigrain. This loaf puts all other multi-grain breads to shame.
